Despite the frosty Winter's day, Healesville Sanctuary offered a warm, sunny welcome to Geoff Buckley and Nick Baker from Tourism Australia.

Geoff Buckley is Managing Director and Nick Baker is the Executive General Manager - Marketing for Tourism Australia.

"Fostering this important relationship helps us work together to increase the profile of our wonderful Sanctuary," Mr John Gibbons, Director, Healesville Sanctuary said. "With 30 per cent of our visitors coming from overseas, showcasing the uniqueness of Healesville Sanctuary and our animals is always a pleasure."

Hosted by Andrew Fairley, Chairman Zoos Victoria and Jenny Gray, Chief Executive Officer Zoos Victoria, our guests enjoyed a morning walk in the sunshine through many of our key exhibits, including Koalas, Kangaroos, Platypus and Dingoes.

"It was our pleasure to host our guests and introduce them to Healesville Sanctuary's natural bush beauty and amazing native wildlife while explaining the important conservation work the goes on behind the scenes," Mr Gibbons said.
