Located inside the main entrance of the Zoo, Meerkat Manor cafe stands in front an exhibit of playful Meerkats.  The perfect  starting point for your day at the Zoo, enjoy a free trade coffee and choose from a selection of freshly baked pastries.   Take a seat in the sun while you recharge your batteries over lunch with a selection of pies, sandwiches, wraps, soups and snacks on offer.

Village Kiosk
Located next to the Elephant Barn in the heart of the award-winning Trail of the Elephants.
Open 9am to 3pm weekdays, 10am to 4pm weekends and public holidays

Wander along the twisting trail of the elephants through bamboo forests and Asian village scenes to arrive at the Village Kiosk. The South East Asian themed menu offers a selection of dishes to tantalise the tastebuds.  From Asian snack foods to stir frys and curries, the food is authentic and cooked fresh.  There is plenty of outdoor seating in the Mek Kapah Terrace; it's the ideal place to enjoy a bite to eat before viewing the elephants nearby. The Village Kiosk is a licensed venue serving a range of alcoholic beverages.

Plaza Kiosk
Located off the Main Drive past the Wild Seas exhibit.
Open 10am to 4pm weekdays, 10am to 4.30pm weekends and public holidays

The Plaza Kiosk is the perfect venue to grab a quick bite and set off to explore the Zoo.  There is plenty on offer including gourmet burgers, hot pastas and hot dogs as well as a large range of fresh salads, soups, sushi and sandwiches all made fresh on site. Select a table outside the Plaza or find a spot on the lawns and enjoy the natural surrounds.

Lakeside Bistro
Located opposite the Plaza Kiosk, overlooking the beautiful Japanese Garden and lake.
Open 9am to 4pm daily

The Lakeside Bistro offers family friendly seated dining with a variety of options cooked to order.  The seasonally changing menu consists of all of your favourite dishes made with the freshest of ingredients, ranging from delicious soups to crisp salads to aromatic curries and much more. Why not enjoy a long lunch with a glass of one of the many local wines and beers on offer. Also a popular spot for afternoon tea, all of the bread, pastry, cakes, scones and cookies are made in-house daily at the Bakery next door.

Zoo Bakery
Located opposite the Plaza Kiosk
Open 9am to 5pm daily

Enjoy one of the world's first onsite Zoo bakeries!  Watch the bakers at work through the window and take in the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread.  The Bakery offers an irresistible selection of gourmet pies, sausage rolls, pasties, pizzas, sandwiches, baguettes as well as kids lunch packs, sweet pastries and cookies all made fresh on site and available to take away. Why not pick up a loaf of freshly baked bread to take home and enjoy.

TEMPORARY OUTLETS - extra retail outlets are available during School Holidays and peak periods. 
Giraffes - located next to the Giraffe habitat offering a sausage sizzle, hot chips, snacks, ice-creams plus hot and cold drinks.
Aus Bush BBQ - located near the Australian Bush enclosure, offering BBQ favourites , ice-creams and drinks.
