Members of the NSW NRL State of Origin team took some time out from their heavy training sessions this week to relax at Werribee Open Range Zoo.
The team fed the resident giraffe, Tony and Kinta, and got up close and personal with rhino, zebra and antelope during their Open Vehicle Adventure in the Lower Savannah.
No strangers to mighty opponents, they also came face to face with the Zoo's four lions during a Rip Roar unique experience.
After the tour, the members enjoyed a barbecue at the Zoo's Slumber Safari camp before bunkering down at Werribee Mansion where their planning continues ahead of Wednesday's series opener at Etihad Stadium.
