It’s important that you read these conditions of Membership carefully!

+ Membership privileges are available only on the presentation of your current card (which must be signed) together with identification, preferably photographic.

+ This card is NOT TRANSFERABLE and its misuse or failure to present it at the ticket office could result in the payment of full admission charges and the cancellation of membership.

+ Children under 16 years of age can only be added onto an adult membership and reside at the same address as the primary member.

+ Memberships are valid for 12 months and are not refundable.

+ These privileges are available only on individual or family visits and DO NOT apply to visits such as school parties. A fee is charged for all members for Zoo Twilights and similar events.
